I'm Lesley,
Twenty years teaching hairdressing, two salons of my own over fifteen years,
five spent inside a global brand working alongside salons, colleges and solo hairdressers.
I built this platform because I keep meeting brilliant, hardworking self-employed professionals with no one to turn to when the business side got hard.
How it works

2. You choose your first hour session and pay the deposit of £50
3. You will receive some induction material by email to complete before the first session
4. We meet for an hour by video., or in-person (if local) Just us. Real conversation, real focus.
5. I do the background work send you written notes, next steps, and anything I've prepared for you.
6. We arrange another hour to go over the background work, make sure everything is covered
7. You take it forward one clear action at a time. Book another session whenever it suits you.

Do I need to be at a certain stage in business?
You need to already be self-employed and working with clients. Beyond that, no.
Some people come to me with a busy diary and chaotic books.
Some come to me feeling stuck after years in the chair. Both are welcome.
Can I book more than one session?
Yes, as many as you find useful. Some people book once, take what they need, and go.
Others come back regularly. There's no package to commit to and no pressure either way.
What if I don't know what to bring to the session?
Bring yourself. We'll find the right starting point together in the first few minutes.
You don't need to arrive with a perfect agenda.
Is this just for hairdressers?
No. It's shaped for the hair, beauty, and client-based service world,
