Hello, I'm Lesley.
For over four decades I've worked in the service industry, building businesses, working with clients and, just like many of the people I have taught, learning some lessons the hard way.
When I first became self-employed, I believed that being good at what I did would be enough.
It wasn't.
I discovered that running a successful business requires a completely different set of skills. Skills nobody had ever taught me.
So I made mistakes.
I undercharged.
I questioned myself.
I worked harder than I needed to.
I spent time trying to work everything out on my own.
Over the years I began to understand something that changed everything.
Business doesn't become easier because you work harder.
It becomes easier when you have greater clarity.
Today, everything I teach is built from real experience, continuous learning and one simple belief.

Meet Sarah
Sarah is a 1:1 client, because that's where Business Clarity room started, and she was looking for direction straight away. When she first came to me she was running on empty, still working part-time at a supermarket to keep things afloat, while she was building her Beauty business from a rented room.
