I’m Lesley Pitt, founder of Business Clarity Room.. I help service providers make sense of the business behind what they do,
so they can stop guessing, feel clearer, and know what to focus on next.
After decades in hairdressing and education, I created this space to give simple, practical support to people who are good at their craft but need more clarity in business.
After decades in hairdressing and education, I’ve seen how many good people are left trying to figure business out on their own. They know their craft, but not always how to get clients, price properly, talk about what they do, or build something that feels steady.
That’s where I come in.
Business Clarity Room is here to make things feel simpler, clearer, and more manageable, without the jargon, pressure, or feeling that you need to become someone you’re not.
A Bit About Me
I’ve spent 40 years in the hairdressing industry and around 20 years in education.
Over the years, I’ve worked as a stylist, salon owner, company educator and college lecturer, which means I’ve seen this from all sides.
I’ve worked with people who are just starting out, people already in business, and people who feel exhausted by trying to piece everything together on their own.
What I’ve seen time and time again is this:
It is rarely a lack of talent.
It is usually a lack of clarity, structure, and support.
Who I Guide
I support service providers who work closely with clients, especially in hair, beauty, wellness and other 1:1 service-based businesses.
Some are newly qualified and unsure how to get going.
Some are already in business but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like they’ve lost their way a bit.
Either way, the goal is the same, to help you feel clearer, more confident, and more in control of the business side of what you do.
