How The Sessions Run
A small group of no more than eight. Four sessions over two weeks, in a space where we can get things done.
In the week before we begin, I'll set up a short ten-minute call with each of you,
just to say hello, hear a bit about your business, and make sure you're comfortable before Session 1.
Nothing to prepare. Just a conversation

Week 1 - Discovery
The first week, we look. Not at theory, at your business. The actual clients in your book. Who lifts you, who pays you, who stays with you.
By the end of week one you'll know exactly who your business has been built around, without you realising, and why.
Week 2 - Construction
The second week, we build. Now that you know exactly who you're building around, we set the pricing to match her, design the offers she'd actually say yes to. We map from the four motivations that brings her through the door. You leave with a plan, built on what's already true.
After the Bootcamp
Your place includes six months of follow-on support, because the work doesn't end when Session 4 does.
Four weeks after the Bootcamp finishes,
you'll join your first monthly group coaching call with me.
From then on, the cohort meets once a month, same day, same time, for sixty minutes.
The calls are built around the real questions coming up in your business, not a fixed curriculum.
You bring what's happening, we work through it together.
Every call is recorded, so if life gets in the way one month, you still receive the value.
Past and future cohorts will join the same monthly call.
The conversation deepens with every cohort.
You'll also have six months in the private Clarity Bootcamp community, where the conversation keeps going between calls.
After six months, you'll either have what you need and be running, or you'll choose to stay in the community as a member.(details during the Bootcamp)
Both are good outcomes and you walk away with your plan, your numbers, and six months of real support to make it real.

The Person Running the Room
I'm Lesley.
I've spent forty years in hair, twenty of those teaching, and I've has two salons of my own. I know this industry from behind the chair, from the classroom, and from doing the books.
I built Business Clarity Room because I kept meeting brilliant professionals who were excellent at their craft and quietly stuck on the business side of it. Not because they weren't capable: because nobody had ever sat them down and walked them through it properly.

A £250 deposit confirms your place once your application is accepted. (Please read terms and conditions first)
The remaining £647 is due thirty days before the bootcamp date.

The Clarity Bootcamp is held online through Google Meet. This means more people can attend from further afield.
It's built for hair, beauty, and client-based professionals who are already in business and ready for the next layer of clarity. If you're earning, working with clients, and looking for the structure underneath the work, you're in the right place.
You'll get a short welcome pack once your place is confirmed, with everything you need to know. There's one piece of homework before we start. Then, just turn up ready to think, talk, and work.
A coffee, notebook, a pen, and an open mind. Everything else is provided: materials and document pack included.
The bootcamp is a single payment, with a £250 deposit on application and the balance due thirty days before the event. This keeps the structure simple and the planning straightforward for everyone.
If single payment is a barrier, get in touch and we'll see what we can work out.
The £250 deposit is refundable within 14 days of application as part of the standard cooling-off period. After 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable. The balance is refundable up to thirty days before the bootcamp; after that, it's non-refundable but transferable to a future cohort if needed.
You'll stay connected through ongoing community access, where the conversation carries on and the work keeps moving. Full details will be shared once your place is confirmed.
